POLICIES

BOOKING FEE REQUIREMENT: A non-refundable booking fee of $250 of your service is required to confirm a permanent make-up procedure, processed through the our booking system. Booking fees will go towards the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment after we complete the procedure. We accept all major Credit Cards, Cash, Apple pay, Zelle or Venmo. (If you are wanting to pay cash for your deposit, you must book your service in person at the studio to secure your appointment.)
*We are flexible with rescheduling, however, we require a 72 hr notice of any appointment reschedule. Failure to do so, will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Same day cancellations or No-Shows will be subject to a forfeit of your initial booking fee of 50% of the procedure. In case of emergencies, we can reschedule the appointment with a $100 re-booking fee.
DO YOU HAVE PREVIOUS WORK? If you have any previous permanent makeup done, you are required to send a clear photo without makeup for approval before booking. If the previous work is too dark, we would need to recommend removal first to ensure quality healed results. If the client books without sending a photo and we are unable to perform the service, the client will forfeit the booking fee.

CONSULTATIONS: If you have questions, or are unsure about which service is best for you, we offer free virtual consultations via text, email or DM. If you’d like to speak to a live PMU specialist via Zoom or GoogleMeet, you can book a free 15-minute consultation using the booking link below.
If you are unsure of which service to book, we will do a thorough in person consultation on the day of the appointment and recommend the best treatment after discussing your skin type and lifestyle. You can book for any service you like and we can always change the service style before we start.
TARDINESS: Please try your best to show up on time for your appointment. For new clients with a first time appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late with zero notice or communication, this will be considered a ‘No show’, and your booking fee will be forfeited. You will need to reschedule online and pay another 50% non-refundable booking fee.
For touch-up appointments who are more than 15 minutes late with no notice, your appointment is also considered a ‘No show’ and you must pay a $100 non refundable re-booking fee to reschedule.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS: We understand that life happens, but if you are running late, please call/text as soon as possible, so we can prepare for your arrival or have you reschedule if it’s not an option to modify the time of your appointment.
*No call-No shows are subject to forfeiture of your non-refundable booking fee.
SAME DAY CANCELLATION: When you cancel the day of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Please try and reschedule 72 hrs before your booked appointment.
We understand that there may be some unforeseen circumstances that may arise and we are willing to work with you if you need to reschedule, however, we require at least a 72 hour notice, and your deposit will be forfeited in case of rescheduling (less than the 72 hrs), cancellation or a no-show.
NOT PERMITTED TO RECEIVE PERMANENT MAKEUP OR TATTOO:
- You are under 18 years old.
- You are Pregnant or Breastfeeding.
- Recently had Botox. (Must wait at least 2 weeks after Botox)
- You have irritation of the skin in the area we will be working on, such as psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, blemishes, pimples, any active sores or outbreaks (for Lip Blush services),rash or sunburn.
- You are on Tretinoin, Retin-A or Retinols. Must stop using 7 days before appointment and avoid 14 days after service.
- Use of Accutane. (Stop using at least 6 months prior)
- If you are sick, have a cold, covid, pink eye, coughing, etc.
- Suffer from Bloodborne Pathogens disease or any other viral infections and/or diseases.
- Undergoing Chemotherapy. Consult with your doctor.
- Epilepsy
- Diabetic (as long as your sugar levels are controlled and in normal range) – A doctor’s note may be required.
- Have a Pacemaker or major heart problems – A doctor’s note is required.
- Have an Organ transplant – A doctor’s note is required.
- You generally don’t heal well and develop infections easily.
- If your old tattoo is too dark (please contact us first, as we may recommend tattoo removal of old pigment first before doing any new services).
- If you recently tinted your brows, please wait 3-5 days before getting permanent makeup on your brows.
No pets allowed. Service animals are welcome.
If you’ve had previous work done, please email or text us a photo of your brows for a consultation.
Failure to do so may result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Previous work that is light enough for a new treatment will be treated as a new service.
If a color correction or a cover up is necessary, an extra $100 will be applied to your service.
If you are an existing client with us and would like to book for an annual touch up, please send us a photo of your brows via email info@sarahbbeauty.com or text at 747-243-3318 for a booking link. We will assess your work and if the brows are 50% faded we can provide a booking link for one touch up session. Touch up sessions are 50% of the current service rate.
Clients who wait more than 3 years to return for a touch up may be subject to a new service with 2 sessions.
Please double check that all of your contact info is correct when booking, so you can receive the proper notifications. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and reminder emails as the service date approaches.
