Product Return Policy
At Sarah B Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare items, all product returns are eligible forĀ store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Products must be gently used or unopened and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Store credit may be used toward services and retail purchases, excluding brow services and brow products. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
Sale items, gift cards, and opened lash products are final sale. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Ā

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: Opened products, used makeup tools or applicators, clearance or sale items, gift cards.
Store Credit
